    What the Heck is Going On?

    CEO loses $60 Billion but isn't accountable to shareholders or Board of Directors?  He's on all the financial shows like a big shot?  He heads up an Insurance Co. and issued high risk policies on credit swaps that cost his company its entire cash reserve?  But there's no accountability?  Am I nuts?  What is the deal?
