"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands: one Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all." ................to which this nation stands. "Instead of upholding the Bill of Rights and defending this country's most precious and individual freedoms........." http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-178499 .......When an honorably discharged combat Veteran of a Foreign War, is illegally denied the lawful right to work because of the atrocities of a government seriously gone awry, by illegal actions of government officials, this is a Constitutional violation, and not discrimination or racial profiling. ....When truly innocent Black men and women are jailed, fined, and/or both, this is a Constitutional violation, and not discrimination or racial profiling. When truly law abiding two parent Black families are broken up for profit by unlawful agents and officials of government, to where neither the parents nor any minor child have been found to be criminal, incorrigible, unfit, insane in any court jurisdiction in the U.S., this is a Constitutional violation, and not racial profiling. .........When minors as young as few months old are placed on probation by incompetent probation officers, this is a Constitutional violation, and not racial profiling. When children are passed and hidden from each other, and/or their natural parents by unethical social workers, and/or foster care providers, so that unethical social workers and/or foster care providers can make use of AFDC benefits to pay their mortgages, expenses, and pay for luxuries at the expense of the lawful rights of another's family members, this is a Constitutional violation, and not discrimination or racial profiling. .......When any Black man, or woman with no positive medical proof by a certified medical professional, be it past or the present of illicit drug and/or alcohol abuse, is falsely accused of being an illicit drug and/or alcohol abuser, solely because he or she possess a valid commercial driver's license, and not based upon valid evidence or good cause to prove he or she is an illicit drug and /or alcohol abuser, to where this results in destroying their good name and reputation, and his or her lawful legal right to be gainfully employed, by unethical government officials, this is a Constitutional violation and not discrimination or racial profiling. ......When police officers, any court officer lie under oath, such that an innocent individual with no previous criminal history is branded as being a felon, criminal, etc., in the absence of good cause, this is indeed disregard for the lawful Constitutional rights of the individual(s) harmed, and not racial profiling. Etc., etc., etc....., each being serious atrocities on the part of government which predate our present economic crisis. Any and all of the above, are indeed subject matter that fit the topic introduced by Lou Dobbs, ........the topic being "Instead of upholding the Bill of Rights and defending this country's most precious and individual freedoms........." and ............."We want to hear from you" as stated by Lou Dobbs... ........ to which the solutions are directly in tune with Constitutional Law and its mandated protections, and not racial profiling!
