State Trooper Throwing owner off his own property

My name is Danny Lambeth.  I own Truck Wholesale, located twenty miles south of Kansas city along Interstate 35, two miles south of Johnson County line.  It’s the best known salvage yard and truck sale company between Kansas City and Dallas.  I am writing this because I feel I am backed up against the wall and I have nowhere else to turn.  After 40 years in business, the state has come in and shut me down and they are destroying all my inventory.  I have hired several lawyers but they just take my money and run.  I would just like to tell my side of the story without them twisting the facts.  The state governments are destroying small businesses throughout the United States. For the last 40 years I have always had a current dealer’s license and still have a current 2009 license.  I’ve had a current salvage license as well until they revoked it in 2007 for illegal parking on an abandoned dirt road which led to my property.  It had been abandoned for 25 years and so I maintained it.  The road was not in use unless traveling to my shop.  After they revoked my license on a bogus charge they stated that I was running an illegal salvage yard.  I have been fighting this ever since but they keep giving me new terms to comply with.  I have discontinued selling parts but have no other way to get rid of 40 years worth of material.  I can’t believe that after 40 years in business that the state government can do this to someone in the United States of America.

They’ve sold all my inventory without distinguishing scrap from sellable vehicles.  I still have a current dealer’s license, I am losing money on the trucks that run and I could sell.  They’ve sold good running trucks and hard-to-find parts to a little scrap yard for $73/ton.  A truck that cost me $6000, the state gave to a scrap yard for $135.  In destroying my inventory and property, they have leaked oil all over the ground and diesel fuel as well as anti-freeze instead of disposing of things properly.  My son Joe contacted a newspaper, The Kansas City Star, to detail the facts but they twisted the story as well.  The state troopers have continually harassed me as well as impounding every truck that I put on the road with my current 2009 dealer license.  Just recently, on Jan. 27, 2009, a Kansas state trooper threw me and a customer of mine off my property without a court order.  It was caught on tape, I have attached a link to this video and I’ve attached a link to a video explaining more of what they’ve done and are doing to me.  Please take some time to review it.  You can contact me at: dannylambeth@gmail.com" dannylambeth@gmail.com or call me @ (785) 550-9073.
