Ice Cricket World Cup
Ice Cricket World Cup is taking place in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. The tournament was played on indoor ice hockey rink in old Soviet missile factory.
The cricket game on ice seems ridiculous. In process of catching the orange ball, the running interchanges with sliding, and the exercising most often leads to a painful tumble. Even the most professional cricket players would look foolish in these circumstances.
Six teams - from Australia, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Estonia, North Indies and South Indies took part in the World Cup contest. The victory was held by Redonda - South Indies team.
Dan Webb and Steven Harris tells more about their expierence playing cricket on ice.
