What children's book do you love? |
Olly The Oyster Cleans The Bay!
Olly The Oyster Cleans The Bay!
I love this new book because of this little oyster is trying to find his purpose in life which everyone can relate too! He goes on a journey through a vibrant Chesapeake Bay and meets all kids of sea creatures including Mr. Crab and Mrs. Barnacle who has no time to talk to Olly the Oyster. Why?
It also introduces new environmental vocabulary in a very clever way. Look closely in the illustrations for hidden images and a minnow who follows Olly on every page.
