After I sold my home, I moved back to the complex I use to live in. Im good friends with the owners. Quite often when they have an eviction or a tenant moving, Ill help with the cleanup. And I must say I have made some really great scores with furniture,odds and ends.
Here is a living room, sitting chair that I recently found in an apartment we cleaned out. It pays to friends with your landlord! :)
