Belated St. Paddy's Day Dinner
It is a tradition in our house to make corned beef and cabbage on the Sunday before St. Patrick's Day.
Last Sunday, however, I had my kitchen tied up making beef stew for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey's St. Pat's Day dinner, so my family had to wait until this Sunday for the corned beef & cabbbage.
Yeah, yeah, I know, corned beef & cabbage is not a "real" Irish dish, but I make it anyway, so get over it.
And I love taking pictures of my food, as much as I love cooking and eating, so here your go............
