    Tobacco Tax Increase Will Lead to Smuggling and more $$ for the Banks

    They say that the taxes will fund a major expansion of children's health care, but I don't see it that way.  California justified the State Lottery by saying the money would go towards education and schools and now so many teachers are getting their pink slips.

     

    The justification they give for expanding children's health care is just a button to push for a tax hike so outrageous.  The money will just end up paying off the debt or even worse in bank's coffers.
