This iReport is part of an assignment:
April Fools' Day: Office pranks edition |
a CNN spoof
Our new PR Manager Josh started last week. We had our friend from the radio station call and pretend he was a disgruntled CNN reporter who had been asked by his boss to cover the Elderhaus Rockathon, a fundraiser where teams of two decorate their rocking chairs and raise pledges for how long they can rock.
The Rockathon is a real event for a Fort Collins, CO-based nonprofit, Elderhaus, and takes place on Saturday, April 18 on the Cracker Barrel front porch in Loveland, CO.
Needless to say, Josh spent all afternoon glowing about getting coverage from CNN for the Rockathon!
