    Although the idea of offering a national health care plan for U.S. children is not only honorable, but necessary, don't you think the gist of our government isolating and taxing those Americans with a nicotine addiction,most uninsurable themselves as being the base group for paying for this plan is a little absurd.....What group of Americans will be TAXED NEXT?
