Series A Round of Funding at USD$5.0 Million with a Dallas based brokerage firm

Delray Beach, Florida, USA, April 3, 2009 – Green Planet Solution Corporation and its affiliate companies is a privately-held, leading provider of online resources and tools for consumers and organizations including an online career and resource center with 50,000 plus jobs, today announced it has entered into agreement with Titan Securities of Dallas, Texas to raise USD $5.0 million in Series A funding.

Green Planet Solution, founded in Delray Beach will use the Series A funding for continued growth of the CaribPOP family of online Web sites and energy drink sales/marketing efforts, on-going operations and continued research and development.

"This financing will enable us to expand our continual push to grow the CaribPOP customer base throughout the United States," said Herbert Schaffer, President/Founder of Green Planet Solution. "We are also very excited about our future development plans, and this additional capital will assist with our R&D efforts in the coming years."

In addition to announcement of Series A funding, Green Planet also recently announced a sales associate program is under way, which seeks to obtain 2,200 agents throughout the United States.
