    Footage of Prague after midnight on Sunday 5th April, taken from the high walls of Vysehrad Castle, with views across the Vltava River to Hradcany Castle where Mr. Obama will deliver his nuclear non-proliferation speech on Sunday morning at 10:00am, and the Prague Congress Center where the European Union summit will host Mr. Obama for lunch at noon.
