This iReport is part of an assignment:
My secret health condition |
What's Bugging You
Whether we want to admit it or not, we've got bugs. In our beds, carpets, lawns, on pets (some), in the walls, etc. And with the weather going from cold to warm, the bugs are coming out!
Yuck, it makes my skin crawl to think about it. I try to wash my sheets or change them once a week including pillow cases to be on the safe side. I always see on Oprah or other programs the critters lurking in our homes.
It makes you sick, germs are spread and you could die if a bad case of it I'm sure. Please be in the know of dust mites, human fleas, bed bugs, louse, whipworm, wing worms, E. coli, and strep.
Be cautious and safe! I'm itching now just thinking about it!!
Take care--
