Sports Drinks Rot Your Teeth
Sports drinks give you that extra kick and boost. But researchers from the NY University say the drinks also expose your teeth to high levels of acid that erode teeth and cause oversensitivity.
Be in the know. If you must drink these drinks they advise to brush your teeth after drinking.
