This iReport is part of an assignment:
Living with autism |
Super Senses
This is the first half of a book written by my 10 year old son with Aspergers. He has become a crusader for Autism. He believes that his job is helping other people understand what it is like to live with Austim. He believes that there are parents who may not understand their children's behavior and he wants to "help".
I would be more than happy to send the uplifting touching conclusion to his story if there is an interest out there. I have been trying for a long time to find a home for his book. He is amazing. He was upset tonight because people are trying to "cure" autism. He thinks what he has is a true gift. He says he would NEVER want to live without it. What an amazing little boy. He has taken it upon himself to education his school and our community. I hope he finds his audience.
