Partisan voices and leaders like Rush Limbaugh, Loisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, and India Congressman Mike pence are the Subject of my recent headache.  Trying to tear down president Obama to maintain the status quo is unacceptable.

According to Glendale city code; " No person shall keep a dog within city limits which is in the habit of barking or howling or disturbing the peace and quiet of any neighbour within the city". However, this rule is often ignored or broken in neighbourhoods with several Dogs and dog lovers.

We can communicate with  dogs by means of our language, but we are often rather poor at understanding their requests. Language after-all is just a complicated arrangement of verbal/vocal cues.

Hence, i tend to overlook the thunderous explotions of vocal cues emitted by my neighbour's Dogs considering the fact that "BARKING DOGS DON'T BITE".
