Your 'Aha' weight-loss moments |
One Year into Blogging for Better Health
I started a blog one year ago today at www.12MillionSteps.com to try and change my life in a positive way. I was well over 400 lbs and counting. I decided to get a pedometer and start tracking my steps each day on the blog. I got off to a rocky start, but now I have hit my stride when I combined the walking with Weight Watchers and have now lost over 70 lbs. I still have over a 150 lbs to go, but I have a plan to get there that is working for me each week. What I am doing ins't complicated. It isn't even that hard. All you have to do is move more and eat better. Make the choice to get out of bed an hour early and go for a walk. Make the choice to get a grilled chicken salad instead of the double cheeseburger. You can make a change like I have. You just need to take a step in the right direction.
