Thai democracy high price tag!
Thailand a land of smile turned to a land of gun and fire has cost us tourism industry lost 200 billion baht (5.7 billion US$). World recession make it worsen.
Today (april 17), Thailand's government approved a plan on Friday to raise an extra 94 billion baht (US$2.66 billion) in the domestic market for spending to help the economy. The new borrowing would increase its debt issuance to 619 billion baht from a planned 525 billion baht in the current fiscal year to Sept. 30.
US$2.66 billion is merely a small money compare to one American corporation and even one European company.
Thai people; yellow shirts or red shirts are going to pay the high price tag for democracy.
