This child no matter how big, is a child, that did nothing wrong, He was standing in the yard when police came, The police pulled there gun on Him, then the child pick up the bat, That part of the video is coming, The police have that, The child was  autistic and Mental Retarded, His father and two adult friends wher there the cop with gun told them to go inside, when the second officer came he told the officer with the gun to put away, because they knew the child was autistic.

This Child was Brutality Beaten, he was kneed  in the head and ribs and pepper sprayed after being cuffed he was spayed in the nose mouth eyes and cuts by the female in the video who is not a member the Pohatcong Police Dept, she is the one who called the Police and lives next door to the house he was visiting.

If you run the video slow you can see the knees to the head and ribs, Again the child did not resist and why was he handcuffed and beaten, He did not commit a crime, he was not arrested, he did nothing wrong, He walked away from the police and they followed, remember he was not arrested or detain, The video is live the child was not agited, he was not screaming or yelling, He was afraid.

A 16 year old Autustic boy was beaten up bad by police for doing nothing. This boy was outside in a yard yelling a little bit, doing nothing. the neightbor next door, who is a Newark Police Officer female in the video , off duty called  the local police dept Pohatcong township police and said there was a domestic dispute, Pohatcong police arrived on the scene and took out his gun and aim it at the autistic child, the child being scared pick up a bat, when the father and neighbor went to talk with the child, the officer told them to back off, and kept his gun drawn, then other officer came and told the officer with the gun to put it away. Again this Autistic child was in a yard bothering no one and the police did not arrest him or charged him, He did not commit a crime. The autistic child walk down the street to walk away he was scared, police followed and two more police came from Lopatcong township, They trapped the Autistic boy and beat him when the tapes are run in slow mo you can see the knees in the back and head, The female officer from Newark Police depart off duty pepper spray the child after he was handcuffed. you can see the child face is bloody and beat in video.
