This iReport is part of an assignment:
Stimulus thoughts: What you'd fix first |
Fixing Texas: A reason to take the $555 million stimulus
Some in Texas claim the unemployment system is working just fine and doesn't need any interference from the federal government. I disagree.
Texas has been using the 10th amendment of the US Constitution dealing with State's rights to support their arguments.
The foundational document Texas needs to be referring to is the Declaration of Independence. It tells me I am "created equal" and have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Texas has become an oppressive government because of its cruel treatment of the unemployed and hungry in the state. They conceal documents and information that would show more citizens are eligible for these basic benefits.
Tyranny=exercising power in a harsh, cruel manner.
Enough is enough! Stop usurping my rights!
Today, I am providing a copy of the supporting documents that show that Texas is denying eligible unemployment claimants. This is from my current claim with the Texas Workforce Commission.
Previously, I provided an audio excerpt from my 3-5-09 hearing where the Texas Workforce Commission revealing thru hearing officer MM that the date of my timely appeal had been altered.
Here are the related documents:
Cover003: shows my fax receipt from 1-28-09 when I sent my timely appeal to the Texas Workforce Commission appeals from the Travis County Law library.
Fraud002: This is the document revealed to me at my hearing on 3-5-09 showing two lines of fax receipts. One from me on 1-28-09. The other line. Well, someone needs to ask TWC about that. Notice that it is not date stamped by TWC which is the normal procedure.
onefify001 and twohundred -enlarge portions of the other documents to highlight fraud by Texas.
