She had gained popularity by her new modern songs that appeal to the younger generation. She was also a dancer in the Chechen dance ensemble, Lovzar. She was the daughter of the well-known accordion player, Umar Sagaipov. Since Makka was six years of age, she began to sing, and when she was eight, she learned to dance in the Chechen youth ensemble Lovzar. Since 2003 Makka lived in Moscow and danced in Lovzar. She attended the Moscow College of Jazz and Pop Music and the Economics Department of Moscow State University. She had released two CDs in 2004 and 2005.
