    BBQ Tour Across Southeast

    This fall I took a three week tour of some of the famous bbq restaurants.  I wrote all of it on a blog at http://barbecuequest.blogspot.com.

     

    The best restaurant was the Bar-B-Que Shop in Memphis.  The three pictures are of the restaurant, the dry/wet rib & pulled pork combo, and the third is of me with Eric Vernon, the owner of the place.
