A New Declaration of Independence Including a Bill of Particulars

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with their government, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature require of them for their survival, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the dissolution.

We hold these truths to be rationally demonstrable, that all humans are born equal in right, a right being a moral principle sanctioning and defining a human’s range of activity in a social environment, this right principle being that a human must never initiate the use of force or fraud against another human, that their nature requires certain unalienable rights, and that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among humans, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as are rationally demonstrable, that effects their safety and happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, and to kill and exterminate them, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. –Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their present systems of government. The history of the present criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia is a history of repeated injuries, usurpations, and genocide, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states
and the entire World. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has refused its assent to laws ignoring its Constitutional foundations, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has required its governors to pass laws of oppression and death.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has kowtowed to secret and tyrannical international councils and secret societies, often meeting on foreign soil and in secrecy, with their controlled media leaders in attendance at these meetings ignoring and refusing to report about such meetings; said councils and secret societies including, but not limited to, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg group, the North American Union, the Crown, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the Papacy, the Communists, the Nazis, the Masons, the priory of Scion, the Jesuits, and others.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has stated, many times, that it intends to destroy the sovereignty of the United States and merge the United States into a tyrannical world government known as the New World Order and it has, for generations, performed actions to effect this.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has rigged and stolen elections repeatedly, thus nullifying and voiding the authority of many elected offices including the chief executive, the President.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has endeavored to invade the population of these states by opening our borders at the same time that it seeks to falsely effect a War on Terror; for the purpose of fomenting social unrest and doing away with our native tongue;

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia through its Criminal Supreme Court, has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing its assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has made judges dependent on its will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has involved us, in defiance of the Constitution, in foreign wars of occupation and genocide, without the Constitutionally mandated consent of our legislature.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has combined with others, specifically the criminal corporate government of Mexico and the criminal corporate government of Canada, to overthrow the Constitution and to merge us into the North American Union, to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution: the United Nations, and unacknowledged by our laws, giving its assent to their acts of pretended legislation;

For entertaining large bodies of domestic and foreign armed troops among us and in our cities;

For protecting them, by mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states;

For instituting a privately owned debt based fiat currency via the Federal Reserve which has eaten out the substance of our Nation through unlawful interest payments and inflation thus destroying our national economy and making us indebted to the criminal corporate world forever;

For mass producing poisons which are regularly injected into soldiers, children, women, and into our food supply with the intent of killing us;

For destroying our productive manufacturing ability by granting most favored nation trading status to nations that produce cheap poor quality goods with slave labor;

For imposing Internal Revenue Service income taxes on us without our consent and in defiance of written laws;

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury;

For transporting us beyond seas to be tortured and imprisoned without trial for pretended offenses;

For abolishing the free system of United States laws by merging us with neighboring provinces, establishing therein an continental supra-government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule in these states;

For taking away our Constitutional charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments into privately owned corporations;

For ignoring our Constitutionally mandated legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has abdicated government here, by declaring us out of Constitutional protection and waging war against us.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has sanctioned and performed horrendous genocidal crimes against us over the generations and is now seeking to terrorize us into giving up our Constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia is at this time importing large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun, with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the leadership of a civilized nation.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has compelled our military to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has raised a private army, Blackwater, and built numerous concentration camps under the direction of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, to effect imprisonment and death of our citizens.

The criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our cities and towns, racial strife, organized crime, and undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes, and conditions.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A criminal corporate government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyranny, is unfit to be the government of a free people.

Nor have we been wanting in attention to our government. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the validity of our Constitution and freedom here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred worldwide to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation from our criminal corporate government, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends.

We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, as individuals unassembled, appealing to all of Humanity for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, that these United States are, and of right ought to be free states and independent and free of the criminal corporate government in Washington, District of Columbia; that they are absolved from all allegiance to Washington, District of Columbia, and that all political connection between them and the criminal corporate government of Washington, District of Columbia, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, the united States have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do.

And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the Reason of this Declaration, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
