Surviving a tough economy |
High-class Pet Fish Market in the Economic Crisis
SUBTITLE: In the past few quaters, the world has experienced some serious waves of shock from the economic criscis that originally ignites from the U.S. The effect could be felt even as far as Hanoi, Vietnam. Corporations curtail their employees, families start to cut back in their spending. Yet suprisingly enough, there’s one market that isn’t affected by the economic downturn, and that is the highclass fish market. Just to give you a quick idea, this Golden Arowana has its tag price of 1200$ or like this Super Red Arowana is at the current bid of 4000$. I had a small chat with the owner of Aquagreen Pet Fish Supermarket a couple of days ago and Mr.Nhat told me that he doesn’t have enough arowana to meet the current demand, and one of his close friend, has recently, purchased a roughly 100.000 dollar worth of arowanas just for himself.
