    Senator Specter Changes To Democrat. Up with Arlen

    I am a proud Pennsylvanian who was often pulled to vote for Senator  Specter  and wrote of my displeasure when he voted against some Democratic sponsored proposals. i know he knows Pennsylvainia's needs are first to the voters of Pa. I know a lot of people who will vote for him because he did this.
