NEW UNION RULES...
BIG THREE UNIONS…. MY RULES
My Rules to Follow:
- Union members are not allowed to purchase or drive any Foreign made vehicle.
- Union members must purchase and drive what their Companies produce.
- General Motors employees must drive General Motors products.
- Chrysler employees must drive Chrysler products.
- Ford employees must drive Ford products.
- Everyone gets three weeks off per year with pay. One week at Christmas and two weeks during the summer for maintenance and line changes. No exceptions!
- Healthcare is 100% identical coverage for everyone from the CEO to the janitor.
- Healthcare is paid 100% by the Company with No Co-Pay of any kind for the employee.
- Generic Medication will be standard UNLESS it does not work for certain employees.
- The Healthcare coverage for the Big Three will transfer 100% between Companies.
- There will be no grace periods when you start a new job: Immediate Coverage.
- Healthcare will cover everything including Dental, Optical, AFLAK, Etc,,,
- Healthcare will cover everything with No Pre-existing exclusion allowed for anything.
- The Company will pay one-half of Cobra for six months if you get laid off. That’s it!
- There will be no Retirement Benefits: Use your 401 K and live within your means.
- There will be no Healthcare for Life…Medicare is all you will have…Vote carefully!
- Top UNION officials will make 15% more than the highest paid hourly worker on 40 hours.
- Union officials at any level will not receive bonuses or Retirement benefits.
- Union officials will be prosecuted to the full extent of the Law for putting themselves first.
- Employees working on the shop floor will elect their group Supervisor. (Technical Expert)
- All Union promotions will be based on performance contributions: Not Seniority.
- Lay offs will be based on performance “TOTUM POLES” that will be made public.
- All Union balloting and Voting will be “SECRETE” No intimidations!
- Job Shops and Suppliers will not be part of the Big Three Unions.
- There will be a Ford UAW, General Motors UAW and Chrysler UAW: All separate Unions.
- Employees can transfer between Union with out any penalties of any kind.
- If you get fired for cause of any kind: You are barred from all Unions for one year.
- You may be fired by the Union if you are not performing to Union standards,
Well. That’s a start…But all of that could happen without a Union if there wasn’t greed…
