    The Hitching Post Buellton or Casmalia

    The Hitching Post restaurants in the central California towns of Buellton and Casmalia have the best barbeque in the world. I've eaten barbeque all over the country and their Santa Maria style barbeque is best. They cook their meats over the local red oak wood. It creates such a good Flavor.

    There is one of the scenes in the movie Sideways that takes place in the restaurant. I remember watching the movie and knowing I sat at the same spot at the bar  as the main character in the movie.
