    Would You Want This Job

The most powerful job in the world is the job of the President of the United States.  He is a world leader, taking flack from all sides of the spectrum.  Republicans fight him as do some Democrats.  Other Countries disagree with him and give their demands.  Being able to make nice with your enemies is a plus but must be in conjunction with those countries beliefs too.

The compensation is not enough, roughly $400,000.00 per year.  Family life can suffer at times when you have to be away for awhile.

Keeping campaign promises is next to impossible most times because those promises were mainly to get elected, saying what the voters want to hear the most.  Those promises may have been heartfelt, but were unrealistic in the real world.

The daily stress of being the most powerful man in the entire world will take it's toll on any man let alone a very young man.  This is not a job for an apprentice, this is a job for hercules.  Unfortunetly all US Presidents are apprentices.  This President is no exception.  We must stand by him if only for being so strong as to even take on this job.

Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike, he is our President.  Would you want this job?  Could you do it?
