    Manolo Ortiz Monasterio, Operations Manager/Partner of ERM-Mexico, celebrates Mexico's Independence from Swine at the Condesa DF Hotel in Mexico City. He also shares specifics on our path back to "normal life" here in this City of 22,000,000.  It is time for a toast indeed, "¡Salud!"
