Rome, Italy
Photo 1 -- A portion of the beautiful Trevi fountain during the daylight hours.
Photo 2 -- A view of the Colliseum from a different angle. A very challenging structure to photograph, but so beautiful.
Photo 3 -- The remains of the Roman Forums. It's hard to believe that the former center of commerce is still standing in the midst of such a sprawling metropolitan city.
Photo 4 -- The Colliseum showing its age with signs of wear still stands strong.
Photo 5 -- The many domes of Rome, and the "Wedding Cake", also know as the Victor Emmanuel Monument is daunting in size, even from a distance.
Photo 6 -- The Colliseum, like many monuments in Rome, has so much detail that you often don't experience until you are standing in front of it, looking up in awe.
Photo 7 -- Another side of the Colliseum.
Photo 8 -- Yet another angle of the Trevi Fountain.
