In my opinion the most heinous of all crimes is the sexual abuse of a child. And as horrific and disgusting as it is to hear about cases like that, when a parent is guilty of this it’s even more unthinkable. Imagine being accused of this crime, and being innocent.

An alibi is something you need when accused of a crime, where were you at the time and who can verify it, that sort of thing. It’s difficult enough to be alone at home watching TV and being accused of murdering your worst enemy, especially if you were seen at their house arguing hours before. Even if innocent it would be a daunting experience.

But imagine being accused of sexually abusing your child, being called a pedophile in the news, on radio, by countless online articles and blogs. All of that being done without a shred of evidence. Can you imagine going through that? How can that even be possible?
