    Time to legalize marijuana in California?

    Wouldn't it be more beneficial to legalize, regulate and tax marijuana than it is is to pay for defense lawyers and imprisoning those who consume or sell marijuana? Wouldn't the tax revenue decrease the deficit of your state considerably as well?
