In Session: Javon Walker case |
GA: Man Poison's Kids Soup To Extort $$ From Campbell's
A Georgia man is sentenced to 100 years in prison for poisoning his two children to extort money from the Campbell Soup Company.
William Cunningham was sentenced last Thursday after a jury found him guilty of five counts of cruelty to children and two counts of aggravated assault.
The children, then aged 18 months and three, were taken to hospital after Cunningham fed them soup tainted with prescription drugs and lighter fluid.
A family member said the children could suffer lifelong respiratory problems. Their mother, Rhonda Cunningham, filed for divorce during the case.
Wow, what is the world coming to? Was he that desperate for money he would almost kill his kids??
