    Decide on Sotomayor based on her record, not the other "R" word

    Video analyzes the hypocrisy of those who state that Judge Sotomayor must be even-handed. While this is true, the Supreme Court has a history of supporting some of the most lopsided judgements on race and gender. If we want her to be an even handed judge, let's critique her even-handly as well.
