END POVERTY IN AMERICA - An Economic Quest for Governors
Do you agree that it would be profitable to pay family residents in every city, an equal share of Lottery sales profit, every six months?
As a proposed Lotto Stimulus program that I've presented to President Obama, via mail, I hope to counter the unemployment situation by supplementing the income of city residents in every city. Basically, a city lottery offering a weekly five thousand dollar prize will earn revenue. Every six months, the residents of that city get an equal share of the accumulated funds.
This is a very, uncomplicated way to assist people in these troubled times. It takes a Governors office to make it happen. "Please do it!"
This is not welfare. It is not taxpayer money. It is a new, earned tax revenue source for the city, and the federal government. Voluntary, totally seperate, and non discriminatory as an investment and profit share program. This can work for you Governor. "Again please do it!" LET'S END POVERTY IN THE UNITED STATES!
