Change Me In 3 Months - Week 6
6 weeks into my quest to get in shape, Master Trainer Armone Sullivan of Complete Pilates in La Jolla & Valorie of the San Diego Sea Lions are keeping me on track.
The combination of disciplined pilates 5 days a week and bootcamp 3 days a week is working.
Armone gives quick and easy exercise tips.
