    Life less ordinary

Well the RV I wrote about so long ago didn't quite work out. We lived on it roughly 6 months & the money we invested in trying to get it road worthy was roughly that of what we would have spent had we stayed in the apartment.

But that doesn't mean life is normal. Not by a long shot.

After our reps at Pie-Raid Records began talks with Wind-Up Records and a couple of German labels, they decided we should relocate to Europe. We spoke with a booking agent & started making plans. Low and behold we're now in Berlin. Looking for an apartment or...you guessed it an RV. While the RV would be great for the band since my kids live here we'd prefer something a little less weird, plus we wouldn't be hauling around quite as much gear so the train would be fine, and cheaper,  for travels.

The band is receiving great feedback from the debut CD 'with 1 eye open' (now available on iTunes, Amazon, Napster etc) and will soon be getting airplay in Europe and on college radio in the states & there is talk of possible film placement, not to mention the deals that are still being tossed around with other record labels.

We're currently dealing with red tape & trying to get visas for Germany, as well as, replace band members who didn't come on tour, and get additional funding to keep the European trek, planned for 2 years, running.   Keep an eye out for more details!

Oh yeah...Gumby has become our mascot for this trip
