Obama's Real World Constitutional Law Practice Experience and Civil Rights Expertise is Questionable

President Barack Obama and community organizing……

Fact Check: the hypocracy of President Barack Obama

“But Obama declined the job offers from top Manhattan law firms, with their starting salaries that neared the $100,000-a-year range, in order to return to Chicago and work for a small firm that specialized in civil-rights law. This was an especially unglamorous and modest-paying field of law, for it involved defending the poor and the marginalized members of society in housing and employment discrimination cases.”

……the extent of President Barack Obama’s civil rights law experience is limited to housing and employment discrimination, and/or worthless racial profiling litigation.

Constitutional law/rule of law/civil rights law is founded in the U.S. Constitution and respective State Constitutions, meaning President Barack Obama has no real world court law practice experience in the actual practice of Constitutional law, the rule of law, and/or even basic civil right protections based upon the “Bill of Rights”.

A "community organizer" is an agitator -- a rabble-rouser.  The agitator's job, according to Alinsky, is first to bring folks to the "realization" that they are indeed miserable, that their misery is the fault of unresponsive governments or greedy corporations, then help them to bond together to demand what they deserve, and to make such an almighty stink that the dastardly governments and corporations will see imminent "self-interest" in granting whatever it is that will cause the harassment to cease. In these methods, euphemistically labeled "community organizing," Obama had a four-year education, which he often says was the best education he ever got anywhere.

……..this is very reminiscent to Reverend Jesse Jackson’s shakedown of corporations under the guise of doing this for the disenfranchised, but in reality doing this to enrich Reverend Jesse Jackson.

Competent Civil Rights and Constitutional lawyers win big, meaning President Barack Obama doesn't have a clue as to the value of being a competent civil rights lawyer!
