Neighborhoods are on the brink of ruin because builders and owners are listing homes with the housing authority as Section 8. Most of these homes are in established or new neighborhoods. The Housing Authority will rent to some former welfare queen and you the taxpayer will pay the higher portion of  her rent. More than likely she will have a minimum wage  job  with 6 kids and no husband. Even in this bad economy, the tax payers are flipping the bill for  irresponsible parasites to live in  a nice home and get this fellow taxpayers, she has got a man shacked up with her. The grass  isnt cut. Her kids throw soda cans in the front yard and the police has been at the rented house  3 times in one month. Section 8 can bring property values down in the neighborhood. Your property values go down while you are paying rent for this queen and her illigitamate children. You are also paying for her shacked  up boyfriend. You have the right to know what property is a section 8 in your neighborhood. If you want to sell your house and get a good price, do not place yourself in  a position where the buyer declines because you have a Section 8 property in your neighorhood. Lets get these people out !
