Microsoft NATAL Infringes on pending patent
Microsoft Natal (their new gestural interface technology) appears to infringe on PRV, LLC's pending patent. That patent describes the method of creating intangible controls, as demonstrated by the iCAML technology (one embodiment): www.prv.com.
This is potentially a large story, and even more so by the fact that Microsoft has been contacted over the last year or more about the iCAML technology, in attempts to have them license it.
See video news story from last year, demonstrating an "intangible control" at: www.prv.com.

Richard Warner, Manager
