    The ONLY fair solution to the Florida delegate situation is to have a repeat of the primary and SEAT DELEGATES PROPORTIONALY - not "winner take all. 

    It probably should be AFTER the Pennsylvania primary and TWO WEEKS after its announced so that both candidates have a chance to have a good chance to spend their undevided time to campaign here. 

    The only alternative is to enforce the original rules set by the party AT THE BEGINNING (there were no surprises - everyone knew the rules) be upheld and FL and MI delegates not be seated.
