    Not a User But Not Dumb Either

    Absolutely legalize it!  I am not a user and probably never  will be.  However, I believe that legalizing marijuana would solve a lot of problems, not only with the crime but with the economy.  We tax alcohol, which in my opinion is a lot more dangerous of a drug.  We tax tobacco.  Why not tax a plant?  Perhaps it might be the answer in lowering our deficit and saving our tax dollars for a better purpose then using them for useless legal proceedings.  Use our money where it really counts by fighting violent crime.
