    Fish on the Big Green Egg

    I am an Egghead.  I cook on a Big Green Egg smoker/grill.

     

    I go by the 'handle' Spring Chicken and my wife goes by Spring Hen.

     

    We live in Spring Texas USA and have named our little corner of the world, The Chicken Ranch, and my hand-built outdoor kitchen The Coop.

     

    I have three Big Green Eggs and I call them "My Girls."  When my girls are working I turn on the 'Girls Working' light."

     

    A few days ago Spring Hen and I happened on a very nice piece of fish in Kroger.  It was on sale.  Their fresh spring corn was also on sale.  A bundle of romaine and we were set for dinner.

     

    This is the story of how tonight's dinner came to be...
