Eco-Friendly Naked Bike Parade, London
We were sitting on steps around the Westminster Underground station, next to the Westminster and overlooking the London Eye enjoying the view. Suddenly people gasped and looked shocked and then started smiling and giggling as a huge group of all naked bikers were filing past us to cross the Westminster Bridge. There were many tourists all around on this very clear, blue and sunny day capturing the beauty of the Westminster, the Thames and London Eye views. When the bikers started passing everyone stopped to stare and almost forgot that we had cameras with us. Then with a grin and smile we all started clicking the photos. The bikers were atleast 2000 strong according to some reports and were highlighting the use of eco-friendly cycles instead of oil using cars, buses and other modes of transport. It took almost 12-15mins for all of them to file past us with some police also around on bike for their easy passage. It was all fun in the end with all around the unique parade.
