This iReport is part of an assignment:
Pain at the pump |
Kicked the Habit
We believe that the price of gas and the cost of running and operating a vehicle will simply continue to get worse and worse. So, we broke our addiction to the horselss carriage. Since 2004 we no longer own a car.
We started our own company which we operate from our home, thus no more commute. We have relocated ourselves and our business to the lovely old town of Vilnius. We enjoy evenings out in this stunning city nearly everyday. From where we live we can easily walk to countless resturants, cafes and clubs.
In the rare cases that we need a vehicle we call a taxi. The airport is 15 minute cab drive away.
Since we are no longer hooked, we feel freer. We have one less problem to worry about.
