    (Indianapolis, Indiana) These 4 wheel bicycle like vehicles that travel along the White River in Indianapolis, could be a possible alternative to city transportation. They take less space, seat 4 comfortably and use pedal power. I feel that this is a serious issue and we need to look at any possible alternatives. Just think, you can cut back on gas consumption and get exercise at the same time!
