This iReport is part of an assignment:
One thing to beat the recession |
Health Care Reform VS. the internet
From the beginning of the internet era to present, people have slowly yet thoroughly watched thier own health degenerate, without doing enough about it. Vision becomes weaker, back pain, neck pain, poor circulation and immense stress levels have slowly been over encumbering our lives to the point of intolerance. Why has this happened?
As some are diagnosed with the disorder of co-dependancy, we now see people suffering with obsessive compulsive disorders, agoraphobia, obesity, confidence issues...etc. The lower our economy, the more we are willingly antagonizing pre-existing physical and psychological conditions.
What is the best thing for us to do under these circumstances? First, go see you doctor, specialist and psychologist. You need to be sure that you have not worsened a permanent condition. Second, study your symptoms, and look for professional advice to follow for treatment of your pain...etc. Third, remember what life was like when we were kids, and keep your children busy! The internet is a brain, not a toy. The beauty of parental intuition will forever guide you, when you allow it to.
