Basij Commanders

Remember them, to be held responsible for their crimes against humanity.

The current commander of the Basij is Hasan Taeb, (picture 1). The first deputy commander General Majid Mir-Ahmadi was formally installed on 4 September 2005 (picture 2). The Tehran commander is Seyyed Mohammad Haj Aqamir.

The deputy Basij commander for Tehran, General Ahmad Zolqadr (picture 3) is the one commanding the beatings of peaceful civilians. He was formally installed on 5 September 2005; the new Basij commander in Tabriz, Brigadier General Mohammad Yusef Shakeri, on 29 September 2005.

Ir is not easy to obtain pictures of those men. They do the dirty job and whish not to end in some sort of Nuremberg Trial when their regime falls.

According to Radio Free Europe, the "backbone" of the Basij comprises 2,500 Al-Zahra battalions (all women) and Ashura battalions (male), numbering 300–350 personnel each. The IRGC aims to arm 30 percent of these battalions with semi-heavy and heavy weapons.

However, all members of the battalions are trained to use light arms and rifles. In addition, since 2007 the Basij have established "30,000 new combat cells, each of them 15-20 members strong, named Karbala and Zolfaqar". The cells "cooperate closely" with the Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution.

Under the law of God:

"Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice" Koran (60-8) “…take not life, which God hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom.” [Al-Qur’an 6:151].

The ones that  kill innocent citizens, are blasphemers are blasphemers because they go against the law of God.
