June 24, 2009 | Marlborough, Massachusetts | Vetting explained
Collection agency American Profit Recovery http://www.americanprofit.netand its 61 employees all took the “Collectors Pledge.” Employees who take the Pledge are making a commitment to treat all consumers with the respect and dignity they deserve and to help them resolve their debts in a diplomatic way. The pledge is spearheaded by the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals ACA. American Profit Recovery is one of the early adopters of this pledge but has always worked hard to give every consumer they contact respect and courtesy. More and more collection agencies are adopting this pledge across the country.
