    Crane Collapse in New York - Before Emergency Services Arrived

    Immediately after the crane collapsed and before the arrival of emergency services, construction workers peer over edge of building on to flaming wreck of crane platform as passersby rush to inspect the damage.  One shot shows co-workers consoling a distraught colleague.  Water gushes out of building raked byt he falling crane.
